Ms. Lee Su Ling secured her Law degree with Honours from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya on 9.10.2004.

She commenced her practice as an Advocate & Solicitor with Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co in 2004 and thereafter with Messrs. Wong Wee Yuen & Partners and Messrs Rajen & Lim before joining us on 1.4.2014.

Her legal experience during the past years mainly includes banking litigations, bankruptcy, general civil litigations such as debts recovery, landlord and tenant matters, property management matters such as recovery of service charges. Besides that, she also handles diputes on matrimonial matters, probate and administration of estate matters and other general advisory services relating thereof.

She currently handles property conveyancing for both residential and commercial properties involving Banking and Islamic Banking documentations for various banks, tenancy and sub-lease matters, property development, i.e. advisory work, vetting of corporate agreements, the documentation of sale and the financing of the sale, sub-sales agreements, auction matters and corporate loans for companies.

YUEN TIM MI

Ms Yuen Tim Mi obtained her Law Degree with Honours from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor to the High Court of Malaya on 13-09-2002. She commenced her legal practice with Messrs Raja Darryl & Loh, Messrs Sitham & Associates, Messrs Shahrizat, Rashid & Lee, Messrs K.K.Lim & Associates and later became one of the founding partners of Messrs Lee Yuen Syakira & Ng from 01-07-2016 till 30-06-2020.

Her legal experience includes managing a branch office and heading a Banking Litigation department. Her expertise in the areas of Dispute Resolutions in advising Banks and Financial Institution mainly in area for Hire Purchase, Foreclosure and Debt Recovery which cover Bankruptcy matters, Companies Winding-up and Judgement Debtor Summon, Writ of Seizure & Sales, Writ of Possession and also Garnishing Proceedings.

Ms Yuen is an active Litigator and also practices property conveyancing for land, residential and commercial properties.

Ms Yuen also practices in areas of Will writing, Probate, Letters of Administration, Transmission of properties, matrimonial matters for Divorce and post-Divorce matters. She also engages in Drafting Corporate agreements, Licence Agreement, Tenancy and Family Settlement Agreement.

In addition, Ms. Yuen handles files for Statutory Bodies such as TNB and also provides legal opinion for various SMEs and business entities.

Ms Yuen has fervently served her Corporate, Financial Institutional and individual clients in areas of Building management and on Employment and Industrial law issues.

YONG BO YEE

Yong Bo Yee holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Liverpool, U.K. Upon obtaining her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2017 in one attempt, she commenced her pupillage in 2018 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 28th February 2019.

Ms Yong has extensive experience in the area of intellectual property law, which spans from copyright, trademark and patent infringement disputes, local and foreign registrations of intellectual property, and advisory work. In addition to intellectual property law, she has amassed considerable experience in other practice areas such as commercial law, probate and estate laws and property law.

Ms. Yong has been involved in the preparing, drafting and vetting of a substantial range of legal documents, among which are business contracts and corporate and commercial agreements.
